Mariusz joined Ceres Management Services in January 2019. As Chief Finance Officer he is responsible for all financial functions on the group level such us financing, budgeting, controlling and accounting; as well as internal processes, administration and HR including corporate restructurings.
Prior joining Ceres, Mariusz has spent 2 years in TriGranit as Finance Director and earlier 10 years at Heitman as Finance Manager, later as Assistant Vice President being based in Warsaw and Luxembourg office.
Mariusz has over 14 years of experience in finance sector (including 12 years in Real Estate). He worked for a major international real estate fund and asset management company. He also worked for leading central European construction and development company.
Mariusz has a comprehensive knowledge of financial and tax management, having worked in audit company and later in a private equity fund. He has supervised and reported on a significant number of investment funds and entities in a host of countries including Holland, Cyprus and Luxembourg as well as in CEE. Mariusz also worked as Finance Director responsible for all finance related matters on the Polish level in the development and construction company.
Mariusz holds Master degree in Quantitative Methods and Information Systems form Warsaw School of Economics.
