Mariya joined Ceres Management Services in 2016. As the Leasing & Marketing Manager of Sofia Airport Center, she is responsible for all daily leasing activities, arranging and conducting site visits with potential tenants and brokers, tenant relations and tenant retention programs,as well as managing events taking place in SAC`s conference facilities.
Prior to joining Ceres, Mariya spent three years at Tishman Management Company, where she was responsible for leasing activities and events coordination.
Mariya is a Certified Property Manager by IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management in the US) and holds a Master of Advertising and Brand Management Studies from New Bulgaran University, Sofia.
