Ovidiu joined Ceres Management Services in December 2014. As the Technical Manager for Vitantis Shopping Center, he is responsible for managing the relationship with the suppliers, including to map out the different suppliers that will be involved during any project, with a charter that defines the responsibilities and duties of each. He manages the interaction with other company contractors and teams, maintains the relations with state authorities, obtainins necessary licenses and permits.
Ovidiu’s responsibilities also include verifying the achievement of required inspections, managing all necessary maintenance and construction works and being the first point of contact for all technical matters in the centre.
Prior to joining Ceres, Ovidiu spent seven years at Equest Investments, where he was responsible for managing the relationship with the suppliers, maintaining the relations with the state authorities, obtaining necessary licenses and permits, managing all necessary maintenance and construction works.
Ovidiu graduated in Business Management from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
