Vladimir joined Ceres Property Services in 2020 as Key Accounts Manager. He is responsible for the leasing and all facility provision contracts related to the PCS.
Vladimir has strong background in leasing and property management generally for the past 14 years stepping in various management positions in leasing and marketing of Bulgaria Mall and Grand Mall Varna and as a shopping center manager for The Mall and Paradise Center consecutively. Named projects are market benchmarks and form a predominant share of Bulgaria’s retail property market. Those projects put together exceed a total of 240 000 sq.m. of GLA and include market-making retailers like Inditex Group, Peek-Cloppenburg, HM, Carrefour and other non-anchor brands.
Vladimir has a Master degree in International Business from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria.
