Yavor joined Ceres Management Services team in August 2018, as Project Development Director for Radisson Hospitality Complex. He is leading all projects in the complex, with particular focus on integration of the concepts and processes to the existing infrastructure and hotel operations. Yavor also oversees all maintenance related activities in order to synchronize and optimize them following the development strategy.
Prior to joining Ceres, Yavor worked between 2010 and 2018 as a Chief Engineer in Radisson Hotel Group in 3 different hotels consecutively in Sofia, Bulgaria and Bucharest, Romania, being responsible for planning and execution of all R&M activities and CAPEX initiatives.
Yavor holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering in English Language with thesis “Lean Service Concept Implementation in R&M”, both from Technical University of Sofia. He is also certified in the field if People Management and Leadership by RHG.
