Radoslav joined Ceres Management Services in October 2025 as Project Manager. As a construction engineer with specialized expertise in project management, he plans, coordinates, and oversees building projects from inception to completion.
Prior to joining Ceres, Radoslav has experience delivering complex infrastructure and residential building projects. Expertise in overseeing the full project lifecycle, from structural design and site engineering to budget management and stakeholder coordination.
Radoslav has a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University Marietta,GA, USA. As well as master’s degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Sofia, Bulgaria.
