Ceres Management Services (Ceres) was awarded as Best Property Management Company on this-year SEE Real Estate Award Ceremony, held in Bucharest, Romania.
“In a constantly changing world, and new way of communication, development of technologies and changing mindset of the society – a successful organization, not just in a real estate business, but in general, should have a sense of the environment in which it works, said Michal Muc, General Manager of Ceres. – Property Management Company could be a game changer for the owners of the buildings and the tenants as well. Not just to maintain the building, but to make it a preferred place for tenants, clients, visitors and society.
Not just to reposition a distressed asset and to bring it back on the market, but to build a brand and developer it as a preferred location, a “living room of Lozenets” – as Ceres did with Park Center Sofia in Bulgaria.
Not only to maintain first class business park, but to partner with your tenants and to help them to build their employer branding by creating community with raving employees, who can balance work and personal life in a perfect environment – like Sofia Airport Center in Bulgaria”, pointed Mr. Muc.
For the last year, Ceres expanded its business by opening an office in Prague, Czech Republic, where the company is managing two office buildings – Zirkon and Rubin.
Earlier this year, Ceres took the property management of Radisson Hotel Complex in Bucharest, Romania. The project was acquired by Revetas Capital and Cerberus in joint deal (both companies also were awarded in category Best Investment Deal in SEE).
“Ceres has developed good working practices to overcome various situations and has outstanding professionals in its team as well. We maintain excellent relationships with tenants in our assigned properties. On the other hand, we are able to achieve the owner’s goals. That is why I believe Ceres can bring a valuable contribution to the business of other investors,” said Lilia Krasteva, Head of Property Management Bulgaria.
Although, Ceres received this prestigious recognition, added Michal Muc, we believe in continues development. By the end of 2018 – we will finish with implementation of SAP in all Ceres offices. Our other big project is to finalize our “Toolkit” – a document that combines the best practices in our business provided by Ceres’ employees.”
