Małgorzata Głowicka has joined CERES as the Financial Director, overseeing the Central and Eastern European markets. CERES partners with property owners, real estate investors, and tenants of commercial spaces. The company offers a comprehensive range of services including property management, project commercialization, construction, renovation, modernization, repositioning of real estate, as well as financial consulting and accounting for real estate companies. Currently, CERES manages and provides accounting and project management services for notable properties such as the Bonarka for Business (76,000 sq m) and Buma Square (28,000 sq m) office buildings in Krakow, as well as the Sofia Airport Center office complex (46,500 sq m) in Bulgaria.
Małgorzata brings over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, and the management of shared service center (SSC) structures. She has acquired her expertise in global organizations specializing in professional financial services, with 14 years dedicated to the real estate sector. Throughout her career, she has worked with reputable firms such as JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, DTZ, Golden Star Estate, and PwC.
