Nutri Catering & Events, a brand from Nutri Mind Group, has leased nearly 600 sqm of office, warehouse and service space in the Trinity One building located in Warsaw’s Służewiec district.
“The owner of Nutri Catering & Events decided to rent space in Trinity One due to the convenient location of the building, the availability of parking spaces and the flexibility of the landlord in terms of the arrangement of the space,” says Robert Borowicz, Landlord Representative Leasing Coordination at CERES Management Services, responsible for renting space in Trinity One. “Warsaw’s Służewiec is a district where many companies from various industries have their offices. In addition, there are numerous new housing investments near Trinity One, which are also followed by the development of communication infrastructure and the development of Służewiec’s commercial and service offer. Soon, the Nutri Mind Group will also open a bistro & coffee point in the Trinity One building. It will be a place offering an interesting breakfast and lunch offer. Throughout the day, guests will be able to drink delicious freshly brewed coffee from a local artisan cafe and taste desserts and cakes. The offer will be available both on-site and to take away. Customers will also be able to use a dedicated application to order meals. The bistro will be available to both our office tenants and local communities.”
