Irina Krusharska has 12 years’ experience in the real estate. She has 10 years of experience as a leasing and property manager of an office building with app. 9 000 sqm class A office space in Sofia. Some of the major tenants she has been in relationship as a leasing and property manager were CISCO, EMIS, Wacom, Cargill, UniCredit Consumer Financing, INC Research and other international companies.
Joining in March 2020 to ProReal Bulgaria – a consultancy company specialized in commercial properties, Irina has been responsible for the leasing and development of 2 class A office buildings in Sofia with total of 44 000 sqm office and commercial spaces.
In her previous background Irina has been a project coordinator of investment project for construction of residential complex with 300 apartments in Sofia. Before that she has 2 years as a complex manager of an apartment complex in Pamporovo resort and 10 years on managerial positions in the hospitality industry.
