Lukasz joined Ceres Management Services in February 2019. As a Financial Controller he is responsible for reporting, cash flow, liquidity and budget analysis for properties located in Warsaw, Krakow and Prague. He also coordinates quarter and year-end closings, calculates accruals, prepares service charge reconciliations and works on financial data in ERP (SAP) system.
Prior to joining Ceres, Lukasz worked for 3 years for a Spanish-owned real estate company and was responsible for property management and financial control (including forecasting, budgeting and reporting). Lukasz, previously a tutor in mathematics, has strong analytical and numerical skills.
Lukasz holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Banking from Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).
