Lyubomir joined Ceres Management Services in 2018, as a Technical Facility Manager for Sofia Airport Center. He is responsible for all ongoing technical maintenance, entire tenant fit-out process, including technical support and refurbishment.
Lyubomir has 13 years of experience in property management and investor’s control at the one of the biggest construction companies in Bulgaria and in the bank sector. He has been involved in management, commercial and financial part of construction, of over 40,000 sq.m. of different type of properties and more than ten residential buildings.
Lyubomir holds a Bachelor`s degree from the Academy of Economics in Svishtov, Bulgaria.
