Małgorzata Głowicka is Group CFO. She is responsible for shaping the Ceres Group’s financial policy for the property management segment in the CEE region. Małgorzata Głowicka has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of finance, accounting, auditing and management of SSC structures. She gained her professional experience in global organisations specialising in the provision of professional financial services, and for the last 14 years she has been associated strictly with the real estate industry. During her career, she has worked for such companies as JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, DTZ, Golden Star Estate or PwC.
