Michal joined Ceres Management Services in 2017. As the Managing Director for Ceres, he is responsible for coordination of the property, project and leasing management services for the company in CEE, company sustainability and the strategic business development.
Michal has twenty-six years experience working for international companies including Pepsico, Ahold, NAVO (Procter & Gamble), DTZ and Savills. As the Senior Director and Managing Director of Property and Asset Management companies within DTZ and Savills he was responsible for managing the portfolios of retail, office and logistic properties in Poland with more than 1,5 millions sq.m. GLA and leading a team of 200 specialists. Having strong expertise in finance, retail, distribution and real estate industries, Michal was in charge for companies with turnover above 200 millions EUR.
Michal graduated in Engineering from Krakow AGH University of Science and Technology and in Finance from Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).
